Ok, I should win... just sent 200 soldiers to a nearby abandoned settlement, along with my paladin (general).

Sweet. Working on my defensive forces now. Tomorrow I start building my first offensive force. I have now surpassed all the villages in my immediate vicinity in personal rank. I am fixing to become an unpleasant neighbor.

I just built stables and have a decent force (about 60 warriors) built up. I'm able to build all the available ground troops and have most of my buildings pretty well upgraded (including a level 7 wall in case I get attacked).

Nice, I've had a few of those. But my forces are still much smaller than yours. Been farming by splitting my stuff up in 3 groups now.
