Interesting read that Blizzard bought the domain name...
I heard talking from an article, that I dont have, that said Blizzard is going to make a new MMORPG that is not part of Warcraft... Could it be Diablo? Though it could be SC... I think chances are slim since SC:2 is on its way

Anyways it would be super neat to see Diablo 3 :]

Eh, I just think blizzard is buying that domain just to protect diablo's name. They're notorious for web stuff like that.

The big rumour right now is that Diablo 3 is going to be an MMO, but take that with a grain of salt, there has been nothing official.

I actually heard they were doing D3 and not short after that the mmo, it's been a long time and and prolly most of the under 18 crew haven't played a Diablo yet (not all that is).

I heard the MMO rumor as well. Who can say, I'm not a huge Blizzard fan and don't really scrutinize this stuff that much.

I grew up playing Diablo, I thought it was the best game ever. Id love to see a Diablo 3 MMO, and it makes sense for them to make a Diablo 3 MMO because people cant play World of Warcraft forever, Starcraft already has a project announced (Starcraft 2, MAYBE Starcraft Ghost) and almost EVERYONE played Diablo so, they well have a huge player base right away.

I would hate to see a Diablo MMO.
MMOs are great and all but if it wasn't server based or at least some HGL esque system it really wouldn't be Diablo anymore.
I say this because thousands of players on a persistent server killing at the Diablo pace just wouldn't work.

I can't remember who said this but on another forum I post in it was noted that Blizzard owns the websites for Starcraft2, starcraft 3, diablo3, world of warcraft 2 and a bunch of other games that aren't out or released yet. So this isn't a sure sign it's coming out...

I concur, its not a sure sign even the the author agreed but considering how I have heard rumors of a new MMO in the works that no WoW2 it raises suspicion... Why not Diablo 3
