Preffered System to Play on?

A question came up in a thread, and I'm now curious as to what system you guys prefer to play on.

I searched around before posting this, didn't find anything like it sooo to stay active thought "Heck, why not?"

Personally I prefer either PC or 360. I'd rather play games such as the Elder Scroll series, CnC series, MMORPGs, and shooters on my PC. Mostly for the MOD fan base. However I like shooters on my 360 as well, as well as games like GH and GTA I just can't pass up. ^^

Mainly on the PC and 360. I do play just about everything.

everything for me...including the old dreamcast, SNES, and even the Atari 2600 every now and again

Mainly PC for me. I generally gravitate most towards RTS games and MMORPGs, and the PC has the market cornered on both.

I do love a little Halo now and then, but the only other system I really play at the moment is the Wii. Purchasing a Wii was a strategy I employed in an effort to get my wife to take an interest in gaming with me. In general, she hates video games, but there are a few Wii games that she really enjoys. I tried to get her interested in WoW with me a couple years ago, but that was just a huge failure

PC almost all the time. PS3 is mainly for watching Blu-Ray movies although I will occasionally play a game with the kids on it.

PC because has more variety and more flexibility (control wise) for games.

And the Wii because it's the only console that doesn't require you to sit on a couch and just handle a controller.

Only 1 person for the PS3? Interesting.

I still play a bunch of PSX RPGs that I haven't finished, but other than that most of my gaming is on the Wii and 360. I don't have a PS3 and until I upgrade my computer I can't even play most of the new PC games.

PC personally. The controllers for the consoles seem so limited. All the games seem so watered down. The 1st person shooters are ok on consoles, but usually better as keyboard and mouse > analog stick and trigger button. Most rpg games seem very boring now especially with MMO's being so popular, walking around talking to npc's isn't really fun, and a lot of time the combat isn't even real time, so your just flipping through menus. MMO's don't work on consoles, i played FFXI on my playstation trust me i know.

What really has potential is the wii controller. But it seems like all the games for it are just "Make a slash motion to swing the sword" or just other novelty things. What i think would be cool is too try and make an rts for the wii, the contoller can act much like a mouse would, the challenge would be to create and effective, yet small interface on the screen itself.

I represent the opposite opinion. I played FFXI on both laptop and ps2, and I preferred the ps2 controller and menu set up. It was so difficult to play on the laptop, especially because I dont have a number pad. The lag was about the same for the big cities like Jeuno or Al Zahbi, Dynamis and Besiege as well. The big tv instead of a monitor is another plus.

I've been a PC fan for a long time (since 32 ram was required to run games smoothly

). I do have a wii and play it occasionally for brawl.
