Actually, the U.N. banned flamethrowers and napalm under the Geneva Convention BECAUSE they were so effective.

It be nice if they did a CoD in a diffrent war like Vietnam or something. CoD4 was different but by going back to WW2 its like they dont wanna do anything new anymore.

I'm saving my opinion until I see the German fronts. But for now, it still looks amazing!

I'm pretty sure that was just napalm.
Flamethrowers were said to cause unnecessary suffering (like those expanding bullets) if my memory serves me correctly.

Agreed, the WW2 games were great, but it's going to be hard to go back after modern warfare.
