I LOVE Guilty Gear! One of my favorite series by far! The only series that I love more is Dead or Alive. followed by Soul Caliber. I've used I-no so I know she has potential, but she is just slow...and her combos are hard to string together. Now Baiken on the other hand...hehe ^_______^(ignore n00b smile)

I am currently waiting for Soul Caliber 4 since Street Fighter 4(Viper looks sooo good! Saw a fight between her and Ken--blew my mind) has not been released yet, and Dead or Alive 5 is probably never going to come out.

All I gotta say about Soul Caliber is this; Weapon fights>Hand to hand.

Samurai Showdown!

I have a Neo Geo MVS (that's the 400 pound upright arcade cabinet) and Samurai Showdown 4, my favorite fighting game ever!

It is ultra Japanese, when you win the word "Victoly" apears on screen instead of "Victory," awesome.

As a side note Street Fighter 4 is on the way too:

I am eagerly awaiting SF4. The only thing that I'm worried with about the game though is that they try to actually balance the characters a bit more than have a 3 top tier, a handful of mid tier and a lot of wtf lame tier as with SF3: 3rd Strike.

Soul Calibur is cool but I'll always have a preference for 2D fighters.

Speedy: Great to hear that you play GG. May is my main and I'm trying to learn Faust as well.

I play Smash Bros. a lot. :x 64 or Brawl, never owned a gamecube, and now that brawl is out, I don't need melee. I also enjoy Virtua Fighter 5.

But there will always be a special place in my heart for ClayFighter. How can you stand a chance against the likes of Bad Mr. Frosty, Ickybod Clay, and Blue Suede Goo? Answer: You can't.

I played Killer Instinct, and still do every once in a blue moon. i never really got in to other fight games though.

after watching the vid and hearing all the great things about Guilty Gear I realized there is Guilty Gear X2 Reload for the PC.

I ordered it up and it is on the way!

Now I gotta dig out my old game pad and dust it off!

Tekken 3 is the greatest with mortal kombat coming in a close second though lately mortal kombat games dont have that arcady style feel to them which i like.

SSB, SSB melee, SSB brawl, DOA series, and Guilty Gear. Those are my favorites.
