I don't know about the worst thing I've ever said but I once told an ex-girlfriend of mine (while breaking up with her) that I'm not sure why I ever chose to go out with her in the first place and couldn't imagine anybody on the planet desperate enough to date her longer than a few days because that's exactly how long it took to figure out there's no more to her personality than an annoying loser bitch who isn't pretty enough to be so mean all the time to everybody she's ever met and she needed to get an implant to fix the fact that one of her boobs was totally obviously malformed and noticeably smaller than the other. I'm actually pretty proud of that one still. Somebody needed to take her down a notch.
