Well, the only thing that I could find was that it's called "Hungry for Life," and it seems like no one anywhere knows the artist's name.

hehe, I got that MP3 a while back, it's a rip from from youtube video, it's better than nothing, but still it really bugs me who sings that, it's wonderful song.
