Second sig- any good?

It won't be replacing my current awesome one from Showtime, but I decided today that I needed to learn how to use photo shop. Constructive criticism please

For the signature, I think the text may need work. More blending and smudging should be used.

I don't really know how to smudge, and as for the aviators; I was imitating some idiot on another site :P

Assuming your using PS3 (or any PS for that matter) you just use the smudge tool with whatever brush you would like... You can go to brush options to make the brush smear a lot or a little or really anyway you would like it too =]

What people normally do with sigs when it comes to smear is too blend the picture in... What you would do is duplicate your stock or whatever object your smearing then Smear the objects edges (or the entire thing whatever floats your boat) then erase what sucks (try and focus on your focal point) then set the smudge layer or the original layer to whatever blending option you would like =]

Smudge is also useful in fixing small errors because you can cover-up a blank spot or fill a gap (not often do you need to fix a stock like this or a signature for that matter but its good to know I think)

Anyways good luck need anymore help just ask and if I told you stuff you already knew then... My bad =P

PS I feel your pain I can't really pull off Aviators unless I do something crazy with my hair... Bastard things... =/
