Uhhh are you sure you're thinking of the same thing? Garry's Mod lets you mess around with Steam games, it's not so much a game as it is an app to make videos like the one above, have a laugh, and mod out Steam games.

I remember making a huge robot-thing once. Took like 5 damn hours, but it was so worth it.
There's a video of it floating around that someone hosted, earned us a bit of fame on the boards.
