Dream Gallery - Your home for Animated Wallpaper
Deskscapes, the program that runs .dream files as your computer's background, is now available to all forms of vista (before this only premium users could mess with it).
The full version that allows the usage of any .dream folder you can find costs money, but there's a free version that comes with 3 .dream files you can mess around with.
I've been using the full version for a while now and it really is pretty neat. I'd highly recommend at least checking it out.
