Need Spyware Help Please :(

I guess I got spyware on my comp from somewhere cause my background went blue with "Spyware on your machine, get soyware remover yadda yadda." and was wondering if anyone knew how to really get rid of that stuff

Yes Spybot is good, gets rid of keyloggers and such. And I bet Lokius' live aswell

Thx for the link Lok, that did the trick =D. My background still changes when I restart my comp but thats alright.

If you got the right version of Spybot it will run a total check every time the comp gets restarted ( a bit annoying but useful) this might be why your color is changing if its not allowed to run...

with spyware being as bad as it is .........it doesnt hurt too use more then one. i use spybot search and destry and crap cleaner......crap cleaner also finds stuff. depending how much you surf the web should run spybot every other day or so .......or at least i would.

Yeah, I use both Spybot and AdAware.

Ad-Aware 2008 Free - Lavasoft

For anti-virus I use AVG. All three have the primary advantage of being free for personal use in addition to being effective.

Well i think my problem has gotten worse. I came home today and found my screen black and nothing could change it. I restarted my computer and now it will only work on "Safe Mode". Any advice for this? Thanks everyone for all the help so far tho.
